Cheesy Chicken Mexican Rice Casserole

1# chicken breast
1 can nacho cheese soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 cup sour cream
1 cup white rice (not instant)
1 cup frozen mixed vegetables
1 can stewed tomatoes, Mexican version
1 cup milk

1. Mix all ingredients except chicken together in a bowl.
2. Put chicken into a 9x13" pan, pour soup and rice mixture over chicken.
3. Bake at 400F for 1 hour.

TA-DA! It turned out pretty good! This would even be good served with tortillas or tortilla chips! Enjoy!
